Makers Of The Best Jamaican Patties on the Island

We make a wide range of baked, fried and grilled products.  Most of the products we make are standard and is made on a daily basis.

However we do offer our customers the option of requesting specific items of which is with the range of our standards and ability.

Some of the non standard items a customer can order:

1. No pepper:

             A customer can call in advance (2 days) and order specific

             patties that

             That have  very little of no pepper. 

            

2. Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork

             On Saturdays we make Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork.  We

              make a

             make a fair amount however to preserve your share, it is

             always a good

             Idea to call in advance and reserve it.

3.           Meat Loaf

             We do on occasion make meat loaf but only on request.

4.           Catering

             We do catering at request also.  You can call or come in a

             place an order

             for an event.  Prices are discussed at that time.

5. Cow Foot Soup

             Also on Saturdays, we make cow foot soup.  This item also
